This is the balance sheet of the business. The Total Assets are always equal to the Total Liabilities and Equities. For the Retained Earnings, it is computed as the Account from Retained Earnings (Entered through JV) + Current Earnings (Net Income from Income Statement) + Dividends. This report follows the Normal Balance of each account.
