Why view an Account Group’s activity log?

• To know who created the Account Group
• To know who updated the Account Group and what changes were made

View Account Group’s Activity Log:

1. Select an existing Account Group that you want to view the activity log.
2. Click
3. Click View Activity Log.

4. The system will redirect you to the Activity Log: Account Group

The Activity Log will show the following:

• The Date & Time the activity occurred
• The Action (Created, Updated, Deleted, Enabled, Disabled)
• The User who made the activity

5.  To see changes, click View Changes

6. In the View Changes: Account Group window, you will see all the added and removed details on that Account Group.
