Why view a Purchasing Price Matrix’s activity log?

• To know who created the Purchasing Price Matrix
• To know who updated the Purchasing Price Matrix and what changes were made

To view Purchasing Price Matrix’s Activity Log:

1. Select an existing Purchasing Price Matrix that you want to view the activity log.
2. Click .
3. Click View Activity Log.

4. The system will redirect you to the Activity Log: Purchasing Price Matrix window.

The Activity Log will show the following to the admin:

4. • The Date & Time the activity occurred
   • The Action (Created, Updated, Deleted, Enabled, Disabled)
   • The name of the user who made the activity

5. To see the updated details, click View Changes. The system will redirect you to a page showing the removed and/or added details of that record.
