Activity Log Report is a system report that generates all system activities created by all users in the system.

Activity Log Report Overview

Report Filters

• Date From – This filter will show all system activities starting from the date selected.
• Date To – This filter will show all system activities up to the date selected.
• Time From – This filter will show all system activities that occurred starting from the time selected.
• Time To – This filter will show all system activities that occurred up to the time selected.
• User – This filter will show all activities.

Activity Log Report Columns

• User – This column shows all users involved in the transactions.
• Action – This column shows the action the user created.
• Date & Time – This column shows the actual date and time the action happens.

Export Activity Log Report to PDF or Excel

1. In the Activity Log Report, click Export. 
2. There are two Export options: Export to PDF and Export to Excel. Click your desired format. 
3. Upon clicking your desired format, the file will be automatically downloaded to your computer. 
4. You may also view the Export History of the report.
