Annual Sales Summary - Revenue Report
Annual Sales Summary – Revenue Report gives the annual sales overview of the company with a focus on individual product variants. This report details the total sales (VAT exclusive), total returns, and net sales for each month of the selected year. Additionally, the user can also select certain months of the year if they wish to generate a report only on a specific timeframe.
Annual Sales Summary – Revenue Report Overview
Report Filters
- Year – This filter will show all sales transacted within the year selected.
- Month From – This filter will show all sales transacted from the month selected.
- Month To – This filter will show all sales transacted until the month selected.
- Category – This filter will show all sales involving products of the category selected.
- Product Variant – This filter will show all sales involving the product variants selected.
- Brand – This filter will show all sales involving products of the brand selected.
Annual Sales Summary – Revenue Report Columns and Rows
Columns
- Product – This column shows the products (and their SKU) with sales within the selected range.
- Name of Month – This column shows the sales summary of products for a specific month.
- Total – This column shows the total sales figures for each product.
Rows
- Sales – This row shows the total sales amount for a product.
- Returned – This row shows the total returned amount for a product.
- Net – This row shows the net sales for a product.
Sales – Returned = Net
Annual Sales Summary – Revenue Report to PDF or Excel
- In the Annual Sales Summary – Revenue Report, click Export.
- There are two Export options: Export to PDF and Export to Excel. Click your desired format.
- Upon clicking your desired format, the file will be automatically downloaded to your computer.
- You may also view the Export History by clicking View Export History.
