Recommended Reorder Point Report

Recommended Reorder Point Report displays the current reorder point and safety stock and recommends new reorder points and safety stocks by computing the historical daily usage and lead time in days of the product. Reorder Point is used to know when to reorder a product. This is to ensure that the amount of stock that a product has would not go lower than the safety stock. On the other hand, Safety Stock is the minimum amount of stock that the product should always have in order to avoid stock-outs.
