Converting Quotations to a Sales Order
When a Quotation is Won, then it can be converted to a Sales Order.
Converting a Quotation to a Sales Order:
- A Quotation must be Won first before making a Sales Order.
2. After changing the status of the quotation to Won, click the Add button in the Sales Order window.
3. A new Sales Order form is made having the information from the Quotation form. The user cannot anymore make revisions on the items, prices and discounts.
4. Click Save & Approve or Save when done.
