Send Mail Feature

Zayls also allows you to send all forms as email messages directly on the platform. Nonetheless, the Send Mail feature is not accessible by all users because it depends upon the User Role accessibility.

To enable the Send Mail feature, click Allow under the Additional Access -> Send Mail in the User Role module.

How to use Send Mail feature in Forms:
  1. Click on any existing Form (ex. Sales Order).
  2. Click Send Mail.

3. An email window will pop up. Enter the Recipient’s email address, Subject of the email, and Message. The form can also be sent as an Attachment.

4. Click Send to send the message, or Cancel to exit the window.

5. A Sent confirmation box will appear if the email is sent successfully.
