Bank Transactions Overview

Bank Transactions can either be a Bank Adjustment or a Bank Transfer.

  • Bank Adjustment – is when you increase or decrease a specific amount to the balance of the bank account.
  • Bank Transfer – is when you transfer a specific amount from one bank to another.

On this listing page, you will be able to see all bank transactions’ details such as the bank transaction number, the status of the bank transaction, the transaction date, the bank account, the bank transaction type, and the amount.

 

You can filter records in two ways:

  • Search by BT #
  • Using Filters

 

Search by BT #:

1. Go to Search by BT # box at the top of the Bank Transactions list.

2. In the Search by BT # box, type the bank transaction number that you are searching for. The list will load the moment you stop typing.

3. Click the BT # to see the bank transaction details.

Using Filters:

1. Click Filters beside the Search by BT # box. It will show you several parameters that will help narrow down the results.

Filters:

  • Date From – the bank transactions will filter from the date selected
  • Date To – the bank transactions will filter to the date selected
  • Bank Account – the bank transactions will filter based on the bank account
  • Status – the bank transactions will filter to the status selected (Processed or Voided)
  • Type – the bank transactions will filter based on the type (Adjustment or Bank Transfer)

Filters can be used simultaneously to narrow down results.

Export Bank Transactions to PDF or Excel:

  1. In the Bank Transactions Overview, click Export. 
  2. There are three Export options: Export to PDF, Export to Excel, and Export to Excel (Detailed). Click your desired format. 
  3. Upon clicking your desired formatthe file will be automatically downloaded to your computer. 
  4. You may also view the Export History of the report.
