Annual Sales Summary - Volume Report
Annual Sales Summary – Volume gives the annual sales overview of the company in terms of quantity. This report details the quantities sold, quantities returned, and net quantities sold of every product variant for each month of the selected year. Additionally, the user can also select certain months of the year if they wish to generate a report only on a specific timeframe.
Annual Sales Summary – Volume Report Overview
Report Filters
- Year – This filter will show all sales transacted within the year selected.
- Month From – This filter will show all sales transacted from the month selected.
- Month To – This filter will show all sales transacted until the month selected.
- Category – This filter will show all sales transacted under the category selected.
- Product Variant – This filter will show all sales transacted involving the product variant selected.
- Brand – This filter will show all sales transacted for the brand selected.
Annual Sales Summary – Volume Report Columns and Rows
Columns
- Product – This column shows all products and their SKU.
- Unit – This column shows the unit of measurement of the product.
- Month – This column shows the months within the selected range.
- Total – This column shows the total sales volume for each product.
Rows
- Sales – This row shows the total sales volume of the product.
- Returned – This row shows the total returned volume for the product.
- Net – This row shows the net sales volume of the product.
Sales – Returned = Net
Annual Sales Summary – Volume Report to PDF or Excel
- In the Annual Sales Summary – Volume Report, click Export.
- There are two Export options: Export to PDF and Export to Excel. Click your desired format.
- Upon clicking your desired format, the file will be automatically downloaded to your computer.
- You may also view the Export History of the report.
