Comparative Product Sales Report

Comparative Product Sales Report gives an overview of the difference of sales within a date range. The user can input the starting and ending month, and the system will show the difference between two date range. This is essential in observing the monthly sales growth of the company.

Report Filters

  • First Month This filter will show all products sales transacted from the month selected.
  • Second Month This filter will show all products sales transacted until the month selected.
  • Location  This filter will show all products from warehouse selected.
  • Category – This filter will show all products of the category selected.
  • Product – This filter will show all product/s selected.
  • Brand This filter will show all products of the brand selected.

  • Product – This column shows all products (with their SKU) transacted within the date range selected.
  • First Month Quantity Invoiced – This column shows the total invoices for a specific product in the first month.
  • First Month Gross Sales – This column shows the total gross sales for a specific product in the first month.
  • First Month Profit Margin – This column shows the total profit for a specific product in the first month.
  • Second Month Quantity Invoiced – This column shows the total invoices for a specific product in the second month.
  • Second Month Gross Sales – This column shows the total gross sales for a specific product in the second month.
  • Second Month Profit Margin – This column shows the total profit for a specific product in the second month.
  • Difference Quantity Invoiced – This column shows the difference of the total invoices for a specific product between dates selected.
  • Difference Gross Sales – This column shows the difference of the total gross sales for a specific product between the dates selected.
  • Difference Profit Margin – This column shows the difference of the total profit for a specific product between the dates selected.
  • Difference Percentage (%) – This column shows the total difference percentage between the dates selected.

Comparative Product Sales Report to PDF or Excel

  1. In the Comparative Product Sales Report, click Export.
  2. There are two Export options: Export to PDF and Export to Excel. Click your desired format.
  3. Upon clicking your desired formatthe file will be automatically downloaded to your computer.
  4. You may also view the Export History by clicking View Export History.
