Incoming Inventory - Detailed Report

Incoming Inventory report gives an overview of what you are set to receive from your approved purchase orders, planned stock transfers, and planned sales returns within a specific date range.

Report Filters

  • Date From – This filter will show all incoming quantities from the Date selected.
  • Date To – This filter will show all incoming quantities up to the Date selected.
  • Account – This filter will show all products with incoming quantities of the account selected.
  • Category – This filter will show all products with incoming quantities of the category selected.
  • Product Variant – This filter will show all the products with incoming quantities of the product variants selected.
  • Brand – This filter will show all products with incoming quantities of the brand selected.
  • Location – This filter will show all the products with incoming quantities in the location/s chosen.
  • Transaction This filter will show incoming quantities of the transaction (Purchase Order, Sales Return, Stock Transfer) selected.
  • Stock Type – This filter will show all the products with incoming quantities of the stock type chosen.

All the filters are multi-select except for the Date From, Date To, Transaction, and Stock Type filterswhich means that you can have as many filters as possible to get your desired results.  

Incoming Inventory – Detailed Report Columns

  • Date  This column shows the date the transaction # was issued.
  • Product – This column shows all products and their SKU with incoming quantities.
  • Stock Type – This column shows the stock type of the products.
  • Transaction #  This column shows all transaction numbers with incoming quantities.
  • Account  This column shows the accounts involved in the transaction/s.
  • Location – This column shows the location where the products will be delivered.
  • Incoming Quantity – This column shows a count of your products’ incoming quantities.

Export Incoming Inventory Report to PDF or Excel

  1. In the Incoming Inventory Report, click Export. 
  2. There are two Export options: Export to PDF and Export to Excel. Click your desired format. 
  3. Upon clicking your desired format, the file will be automatically downloaded to your computer. 
  4. You may also view the Export History of the report.
