Sales Order by Date Report

Sales Order by Date Report aids in analyzing and maintaining the well-being of your company by showing all daily Sales Order transactions including the date of the transaction, the number of transactions on the specified date, the customer on that transaction, and the product/s ordered. The report also shows the product’s corresponding SKU, unit price, quantity ordered, and the total amount of sales. Only approved Sales Orders appear here.

Report Filters

  • SO Date From – This filter will show the number of transactions, products, sales order quantities, and total sales order amount from the SO Date selected.
  • SO Date To – This filter will show the number of transactions, products, sales order quantities, and total sales order amount up to the SO Date selected.
  • Status  This filter will show the sales orders that have the status selected.
  • Customer Group – This filter will show the sales orders of customers of the customer group selected.
  • Customer – This filter will show the number of transactions, products, sales order quantities, and total sales order amount of the customer selected.
  • Category – This filter will show the number of transactions, products, sales order quantities, and total sales order amount of the category selected.
  • Product  This filter will show the number of transactions, products, sales order quantities, and total sales order amount of the product/s selected. If there is an existing filter in the Category, the Product filter will only display the products under the selected category.
  • Brand  This filter will show the sales orders that have the Brand selected.

All the filters are multi-select except for the SO Date From and SO Date To filterwhich means that you can have as many filters as possible to get your desired results.  

Order Summary by Date Report Columns

  • Date  This column shows the dates the sales order transactions were made.
  • SO # – This column shows all sales order numbers.
  • Status This column shows the status of the sales orders.
  • Q # – This column shows the quotations of the sales orders.
  • Customer – This column shows the customers involved in the sales order transactions.
  • Product – This column shows the products purchased by your customers.
  • Net Unit Price – This column shows the unit price of each product minus discounts.
  • Quantity  This column shows the total number of items purchased per product by the customer.
  • SubTotal  This column shows the net unit price multiplied by quantity.

Export Order Summary by Date Report to PDF or Excel

  1. In the Order Summary by Date Report, click Export. 
  2. There are two Export options: Export to PDF and Export to Excel. Click your desired format. 
  3. Upon clicking your desired formatthe file will be automatically downloaded to your computer. 
  4. You may also view the Export History of the report.
