Sales History - Detailed

The Sales History – Detailed Report presents Sales Order variants that have been invoiced as well as the total margin realized after deducting the total invoiced inventory cost (variant’s quantity * average cost upon delivery) from the total invoiced amount.

Sales History – Detailed Report Overview

Report Filters

  • Transaction Date From – This filter will show the sales orders issued to the customers from the Transaction Date selected.
  • Transaction Date To – This filter will show the sales orders issued to the customers from the Transaction Date selected.
  • Location – This filter will show the sales orders issued to the customers from the location/s selected.
  • Brand –  This filter will show the sales orders based on the brand selected.
  • Category – This filter will show the sales orders of the products that fall under the category selected.
  • Product Variant –  This filter will show the sales orders of the product variant selected.
  • Customer – This filter will show the sales orders issued to the specific customer/s selected.
  • Customer Group – This filter will show the sales orders issued to the customers from the customer group selected.
  • Sales Agent – This filter will show the sales orders under the sales agent selected.
  • Stock Type – This filter will make it so that only sales of the products of this stock type would be displayed.

All the filters are multi-select except for the Transaction Date From and Transaction Date To filter, which means that you can have as many filters as possible to get your desired results.

Sales History – Detailed Report Columns

  • Date – This column shows the dates the transactions (sales orders) were made.
  • Product – This column shows the products that were sold.
  • Transaction# – This column shows all sales order numbers.
  • Customer – This column shows the customers involved in the sales order transactions.
  • Location – This column shows the warehouses involved in the sales order transactions.
  • Unit Price – This column shows the price per unit of the product.
  • Quantity Invoiced – This column shows the quantity of the products that have been invoiced.
  • Net Sales – This column shows the total sales after taxes and returns for the product.
  • Cost of Goods Sold – This column shows the total inventory cost of the products that have been invoiced.
  • Profit Margin – This column shows the total profit for the products sold.
  • Profit Margin (%) – This column shows the profit margin in percentage.

Profit Margin is computed by deducting the Cost of Goods Sold from the Net Sales.

Export Sales History – Detailed Report to PDF or Excel

  1. In the Sales History – Detailed Report, click Export. 
  2. There are two Export options: Export to PDF and Export to Excel. Click your desired format. 
  3. Upon clicking your desired formatthe file will be automatically downloaded to your computer. 
  4. You may also view the Export History of the report.

Export to Excel has additional columns that provide other relevant information for the report.
